If Parm's coming to Barclays, that suggests the 40/40 Club isn't doing so well

From Eater yesterday, Massive Parm Will Land in Barclays Center This Fall
Perhaps there’s a reason why the Williamsburg Parm hadn’t reopened after all. On the heels of the official closing, Major Food Group has big Brooklyn news: The restaurant group has joined forces with Barclays Center to open a 200-plus-seat Parm in some of the space that had been The 40/40 Club co-owned by Jay-Z.
The new Parm — located on Suite Level A, up one level from the main entrance — will debut in October in time for the Brooklyn Nets and New York Islanders season. It’s the only full-service, sit-down spot inside the arena and is open to all ticket holders. While The 40/40 Club as Barclays regulars may know will be different in that it’s a smaller bar adjacent to Parm that will keep the name.
While this may well be a coup for Parm, it also suggests that the 40/40 Club--now called
THE 40/40 CLUB & RESTAURANT BY TANDUAY RUM--may not be doing as well as hoped.

The current description:
Visit the 40/40 CLUB & Restaurant by Tanduay Rum for a taste of upscale traditional American sports bar cuisine, done with a Brooklyn twist.
Located on Suite Level A, this expansive club overlooks the GEICO Atrium and boasts soaring views of the arena floor. It features key materials and design concepts from its New York City flagship location, including the custom illuminated amber resin bar top.
The 40/40 CLUB & Restaurant is the perfect place to start and finish your evening at Barclays Center, with pregame dinner and cocktails after the event. Relax and catch all the game action on one of the club’s 36 TVs, including eight 80” screens.
The rotating Chef’s Table menu regularly features a 28-Day, Dry-aged NY strip, sushi bar, chef-designed salads, imaginative pasta dishes and a delicious dessert bar.
40/40 CLUB is named after one of baseball's most prestigious achievements. A benchmark for power and speed, 40/40 CLUB includes players who hit 40 home runs and steal 40 bases in one season. Only Barry Bonds (1996), Alex Rodriguez (1998), Jose Canseco (1988), and Alfonso Soriano (2006) can call 40/40 CLUB home.
Guests will be enticed by the upscale traditional American sports bar cuisine, done with a Brooklyn twist. 40/40 CLUB & Restaurant presented by Tanduay Rum at Barclays Center is operated by Levy Restaurants.
Based on past practice, Parm likely will be operated by Levy as well, or at least in partnership.
